On Sunday, January 26, The Toledo Blade announced their “Top Workplaces” – a list of the best places to work in the Toledo metro area. Companies can be nominated by employees and winners are selected based on feedback from a comprehensive employee survey that spans variables such as life/work balance, management, pay and incentives, company direction, the company/employee connection and more.
Based on nominations, 578 companies were invited to participate and Jones-Hamilton is proud to have been ranked 12 in the small company category. A big thanks to all the employees and customer that make this award possible!
